CAPTOR-RF / GPS / GSM - How it works

The CAPTOR-RF/GPS/GSM is a 3 in 1 vehicle tracking and recovery system.It allows CAPTOR to track and recover your vehicle in case of theft. With their dedicated recovery teams and RF (Radio Frequency) Network, CAPTOR has proven to be extremely successful in recovering stolen vehicles.

Tracking systems are not equal
There are many tracking systems in the market, and not all are equal. Other tracking systems are GPS/GSM or GSM based. GPS (Global Positioning System) utilises satellites in space to pin-point the location of your vehicle, which in turn send you a SMS message about its current location through a GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) network*.

*However, if you are outside of GSM coverage area, you will not be able to track your vehicle. In addition, theives may be equipt with GSM jammers, which stops your vehicle from communicating with you. Thus you will not be able to track your vehicle.

Radio Frequency tracking (RF)
Only CAPTOR utilises RF Tracking, which is not affected by GSM jamming. RF tracking allows CAPTOR to 'home-in' into your vehicle, whether it is underground or outside of GSM coverage area.

Recovery Teams CAPTOR has a few dedicated recovery teams with years of experience in recovering hundreds of stolen vehicles that situated all over Peninsular Malaysia to support you. In the event of car theft, these recovery teams and CAPTOR’s 24-hour Command Center work closely with the police to recover your stolen vehicle.
