The CAPTOR Portable Tracker GPS is a GPS tracking unit that is a totally self-sustained unit.

The Portable Tracker GPS (PT) unit

It's in-built battery allows for 16 hours of continuous use. However, its smart battery saving feature allows for longer use. Whenever the unit is stationary, the unit will 'go to sleep', not reporting its location and conserving power. However, its internal sensors will detect movement and the unit will 'wake up'. You can also extend the battery life by opting for an Extended Battery Pack, which allows the unit to function for over 112 hours continuously.*

The Weather Resistant Casing is a military grade casing which helps protect your unit from weather conditions. This allows you to place your unit outdoors or within cargo without fear of damage.
