CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES SUPPORT

JOB DESCRIPTION
You are a friendly and hardworking individual. Customer orientated, diligent and organized, you will be responsible as the first contact point with our valued customers. Placed in-house in our relaxed and professional environment, you will be responsible for receiving customer inquiries and explaining our products and services. You will also be required to support the sales team in making booking arrangements and calling customers to generate leads. 

You are looking for experience in a professional environment with prospect for advancement.

REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• No experience needed (training provided)
• Proficient in English / Chinese
• Computer literate
• Friendly and well-spoken
• Organized and disciplined
• Own transport required

RENUMERATION: RM 1,500 – 1,800 based on experience.

SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION
You are a friendly and hardworking individual. Customer orientated, diligent and organized, you will be responsible for handling both internal and external customers. Placed in-house in our relaxed and professional environment, you will be responsible for handling customer needs and sell our products and services. You will also be required to cross-sell products to our existing database and acquiring new business.  

You are looking for experience in a professional environment with prospect for advancement. Commission driven, you are pro-active in generating sales leads.

RENUMERATION: RM 1,500 – 1,800 based on experience + commission
